Charles Fust
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Board of Directors, 

Mr. Fust is a chemical engineer, whose research has resulted in approximately 130 domestic and international patents, including the patents underlying the SinoFresh products. Mr. Fust began the development of the Company’s products in 1989. His expertise in the health care community has provided him with the opportunity to chair various health care boards, mainly Otorhinolaryngology related. Mr. Fust’s business background covers ownership and management in international companies. Mr. Fust has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of SinoFresh Lab LLC from 1999 to the present and the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of SinoFresh HealthCare, Inc. from 2002 to the present. He holds a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University and has a professional affiliation with the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists.

Scott Klein
Chief Financial Officer, 

Mr. Klein has nearly 20 years experience in financial administration for private industry and in public accounting. Mr. Klein joined SinoFresh in April, 2004 as the Company’s Controller and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in November, 2004.

Prior to joining SinoFresh, Mr. Klein served three years as the CFO for ParView, Inc., a privately held manufacturer of GPS technology for the golf industry. From 1992 to 2001, Mr. Klein was the Corporate Controller for Elcotel, Inc., a publicly-held manufacturer of computerized “smart” pay telephones. Prior to Elcotel, Mr. Klein served two years as the Cost Accounting Manager for a small lawn and garden manufacturer.

Prior to his private industry experience, Mr. Klein spent five years as an auditor in public accounting at both Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton. Mr. Klein is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Florida and has a degree in Managerial Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.

Dr. Michael Stampar
D.O.,  Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Michael G. Stampar is the Chief Medical Officer of SinoFresh HealthCare, Inc. A board certified Ear, Nose and Throat physician with almost 20 years of experience, he is well known and highly respected among his peers.

Before joining SinoFresh, he established the Charlotte Harbor Ear, Nose, Throat and Sinus Center in Punta Gorda, Florida, where he still remains active. Dr. Stampar has also worked both in teaching hospitals in suburban Detroit and trained residents in ENT and facial plastic surgery for eight years.

Dr. Stampar received his medical training at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, now known as Midwestern University. He continued his training and received Board Certification in Otorhinolaryngology, Orofacial Plastic Surgery from the osteopathic college of his specialty. Dr. Stampar is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. He has also been a member of the American Medical Association.

Committed to educating both the medical profession and the public about this new approach to treating common nasal and sinus disorders, he has noticed interest grow exponentially since the Mayo Clinic’s findings regarding the association of fungi in nasal and sinus problems and other research implicating Staph species as causative agents in nasal problems. Dr. Stampar has lectured at the American Osteopathic Association National Meeting and the Southeast Florida CME Symposium and other regional medical meetings. He has also recently introduced his new approach to nasal and sinus disorders to the national academy meeting of osteopathic ENT specialists in Ft. Myers, FL and was well received.

Dr. Stampar served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce, and was Vice President of the Leadership Division at the Chamber of Commerce for three years. Dr. Stampar and his family reside in South Florida where he remains active in his practice as well as heading the ongoing medical advances associated with the SinoFresh™ Nasal & Oral Care product.

William Wilferth
Vice President - Quality Assurance, 

Mr. Wilferth joined SinoFresh in January 2003. He has extensive experience as a pharmacist, director of clinical and medical services, and in quality assurance and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Prior to joining SinoFresh, Mr. Wilferth was with the University of Rochester, Fisons Pharmaceuticals and Pennwalt Pharmaceuticals. He is a registered pharmacist in New York and Florida, a certified lead assessor (British Standards Institute) – ISO 9000 quality systems, and a member of the Florida Pharmacy Society. Mr. Wilferth earned a BS in Pharmacy from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an MS in Statistics from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
