Tom Fitzgerald, Chairman of the Board
|
|
Mr. Fitzgerald has more than 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
As an industry consultant and senior executive, he has provided strategic advice
for a range of early stage companies and turnaround candidates as well as working
with and for well established domestic and multinational businesses. He has also
worked with a number of research based institutions including the University of
Rochester, the Scripps Institute and Thomas Jefferson University on the generation
and growth of spin out life science business from their intellectual property.
Mr. Fitzgerald has held seats on the Boards of Directors for a number of public
and private entities. During his career, he has been responsible for the development,
regulatory and marketing strategies, government relations, and intellectual property
matters for biopharmaceutical companies. He has held senior executive positions
for a number of both large and small companies, in both the USA and in Europe.

David R. Olund, CEO
|
|
Mr. Olund has over 30 years of domestic and international experience in the Financial
Services and Finance industry.
Mr. Olund began his career in 1979 holding corporate positions as well as marketing
relationships with companies such as Sun Life of Canada, The CNA Companies, Western
Reserve, New York Life, LifeUSA Traveler Insurance Company and Shearson/American
Express as well as numerous other companies. He has held the Registered Securities
Principal designation in the past including the position of President, CEO and Chief
Compliance Officer of an NASD Member Securities firm.
During the last 15 years, his Financial Consulting work has encompassed assignments
for both Public and Private companies in the United States, as well as doing significant
work in Europe, Asia and Latin America for private multi-national clients. Mr. Olund’s
practice over the past several years has focused on alternative finance planning
and multi-national project finance consulting as well as working with and developing
sophisticated risk mitigation investment structures.
He has further authored and structured, in the course of various client activities,
Securities Offering Memorandums (Both Private and Public), SEC Filings, Corporate
Policies and Procedures, Mergers and Acquisitions Documentation, Business Plans,
Investment Product Designs, as well as performing a consulting procurement role
in Investment Banking, Mortgage Banking and Institutional Financing transactions.

William H. Baumgardner, CFO
|
|
Mr. Baumgardner is a CPA with 35 years of experience in all aspects of operational
and management accounting, finance and fiscal controls with both domestic public
and private companies including Fisher Scientific, American Can Co., and various
start-up enterprises.

Bill Wilferth, Vice President of R&D
|
|
Mr. Wilferth joined SinoFresh HealthCare in January 2003 as VP Quality Assurance.
Shortly after joining the company he assumed responsibility for R&D, Operations
and later Business Development. Mr. Wilferth came to the company with over 25 years
of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry with experience in Quality Assurance,
Regulatory Affairs, FDA liaison and Clinical Research. He holds a degree in Pharmacy
from the University of Buffalo and a Masters Degree in Statistics from the Rochester
Institute of Technology. He is a licensed pharmacist in New York and Florida and
has also completed the Certified Lead Assessor training course in ISO 9000 Quality
Systems from the British Standards Institute.
Mr. Wilferth has been responsible for all research & development efforts since his
arrival at the company including product formulation development and in-vitro/in-vivo
testing conducted on Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) and viruses.

Gary Zweig, Director of National Sales

|
Mr. Zweig has over 25 years of experience in the Drug Wholesale Industry. His experience
in purchasing, marketing and sales brings a wealth of knowledge to the company.
As Director of Advertising/Business Development for Quality Care Pharmacies, an
Independent Pharmacy Co-operative, he created and implemented a direct mail and
in store promotional program and increased sales by 30%. As Territory Account Manager
for Rochester Drug Cooperative, Inc., a regional drug wholesaler located in NYC,
he significantly increased both sales and customer accounts.
